Elizabeth (Libby) TrudeauI am a Sociologist who studies institutional and cultural responses to conflicts around sex and gender in American society. After I earned a Bachelor of Arts at Taylor University and Master of Arts in Social Science Research at the University of Chicago, I earned my PhD through the University of Notre Dame's Department of Sociology. My Dissertation work examines organizational efforts to combat human trafficking in the United States. My areas of interest include sex and gender, culture, organizations and criminology. I am passionate about utilizing and teaching a wide range of methodologies including statistics, qualitative methods, computational text analysis and community-collaborative models.
